Kuya Ricky🤍🤍🤍😭😭😭 Rest in Peace, Kuya.I kept crying when I heard the news.Though I knew about his condition and kept it quietly in my heart and just prayed and prayed.Stayed in touch with his cousin , sis @ana_abiera who I went with to wakes in recent weeks. Stumbled for words and could hardly speak initially when I stood in front of his urn during the eulogy. Tried to hold back the tears so I could clear my throat to speak and share our unforgettable and fun memories over the years.

We worked together several times but it was our film “Saranggola” with Kuya Ricky as the lead actor that made us really closer and stayed connected. A film directed by the late Gil Portes. It was 1999. We traveled to London and Russia. We were invited by the Moscow Film Festival. It was one of the most unforgettable and exhilarating experiences of my career as an actress and in my life. Our film Saranggola represented our country to that international event.

Would like to share that our film and most especially Kuya Ricky’s acting caliber garnered standing ovations in every theater that we went to for film exhibition with international audiences.There was no social media to capture those moments then.

Bravo!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Rest in peace, Kuya. Direk..Thank you so much.Love you and miss you..
Always thankful to God that I had the great honor and big blessing of knowing Kuya Ricky and Ate Jackie @jackielou.blanco and working with them both since I was child.Too many fun and unforgettable memories.He was my mentor by example and Kuya.I may have said this to my posts kay Tita Pilita and Ate Guy, but truly, so in awe of having once-in-a-lifetime opportunities and moments of meeting and working with the legends.

He was a world-class actor and total performer,yet he stayed grounded and humble.A sincere and real, good and kindhearted human being on top of all his accolades ,achievements and array of talents.

I always thank God for the blessing and surreal moments I got to meet you and work with our Superstar.. Once-in-a-lifetime experiences I treasure deeply.

Maraming beses tayo nagkita sa mga promos, awards nights, tv guestings at mga events, lalo na dahil magkaibigan kayo ni Kuya Germs na Tatay ko sa industriya. Napaka-simple, bait at napaka humble nyo po.. Tunay na nag-iisang Superstar ng Pilipinas pero ubod nang bait at mababang-loob.Lagi pa nakangiti.

Favorite ka po ng Lola ko at Mommy ko kaya every week nanonood kami ng Superstar sa tv noong bata pa ako. Kaya talagang halos mahimatay kami ni Mommy tuwing nakikita ka naman at lalo na nung nagkasama tayo sa mga pelikula. Di matapos ang kilig, di makapinawala at pagka tulala..Habangbuhay kong ipagpapasalamat sa Diyos at nanamnamin yon.🙏Maraming-maraming salamat po..Love you Ate Guy.. 🤍🤍🤍

Rest in peace, Tita Pilita..Asia’s Queen of Songs🎶🎶🎤👑.. a legend and trailblazer in music and original style. She is well loved by Filipinos and captured the hearts of her audiences internationally with her beauty, charisma , brilliant and distinct voice, singing prowess , elegant style, wonderful personality and her signature belly-bending form knitted into the hitsongs and classics that she sang from the hearts.

She is so beautiful inside and out. So blessed and honored to have known her and have worked with her for film and tv. It’s a-once-in-a-lifetime experience to meet a legend and more unbelieveably so when you worked with her…So blessed to have spent time with her during visits and catch-ups with Ninong Kuya Germs at her former resto in Greenhills. They were such good friends.

It was such a wonderful experience to be alongside her, much moreso be the young version of Pilita Corrales in our romantic comedy filrm “Mirror, Mirror On The Wall from Seiko Films.Another superb experience was being the Pilita Corrales in our That’s Anniv production number of our Thursday Group which we performed at The Araneta Coliseum.. Tita Oilita also knew my Lolo, the late Victor Banahaw Sevilla who was a pioneer Filipino film actor, director, singer, producer and talent manager in the early to golden age of Philippine Cinema,Opera House and Clover Theater. 🤍🤍🤍💐
