I was NOT expecting that! 🫣 I know this is a little different from what we normally do, but I really want to show my reaction to finding out if I was pregnant or not! We have been wanting to grow our family and make Ellie a big sister, so the times that I test are always really stressful for me! I have tested for a few months now, so I had an expectation of the test being negative, but in the end, you never really know until you take the test! With my health this past year and irregular cycles, we weren’t sure how possible it would be to get a positive test! I am so excited for this next adventure and all of the amazing moments that are coming soon! 🥹❤️

Ellie’s excited talking at the end! 🥹😭 backstory ::: So much happened this year! We bought a house, Kay put out a jewelry line, Ellie learned so many things, and Kay finally got closer to figuring out what is wrong with her health journey (chronic illness). We have made so many memories this year all over the world! It has been amazing seeing Ellie become a world traveler and grow so much! It feels unreal how much has happened this year! We documented our journey every single day, and looking back to January feels like 5 years of memories! 😂 I loved looking back at all of these moments, and it reminded me of just how amazing it is that we get to document our day everyday! We have a little time capsule of our days together, and I feel like I can go back and see Ellie grow up again which is so special to me. I personally loved 2024, and can’t wait for 2025 and all of the amazing memories that will be made! We have so many plans for this next year, and it’s going to be such an amazing adventure! Maybe we will get lucky and have a pregnancy journey 2.0! 😂😉

The bathroom changing lights! 🤩🤯 backstory ::: Kinsley wanted to update her room this summer, and so we thought up a fun project for her where we would give her a budget and let her redesign it! She has been really interested in interior design, so we thought it would be a perfect way for her to practice bringing her ideas to life. She spent a week or so digging around the internet to find different things that she wanted. Then we ordered it all and had it sent to the house. There was some things that had to be built so while kay watched Ellie, Kinsley and I put the room together. When we finished, Kinsley was so excited, and loved how it came out! I’m so glad that she got to do this project, because it helped teach her about budgeting and bringing her ideas to life! I think she could be an interior designer one day! ❤️

Kay’s face when she put it on! 🥹😭 backstory ::: Kay is going to her dream concert this week! She has wanted to go to a Backstreet Boys concert since she was little, and it’s finally happening! She has been so excited! We have listened to only their music for the last 2 months or so because of how excited she is haha. I wanted to make this trip extra special, and so I started doing research on what I could do for her. I came across @pixiedustdenimjackets who makes one of a kind custom jackets for concerts/etc! And she had recently made one for the Backstreet Boys concert! I knew that had to be the surprise! I reached out to Elizabeth and explained the situation! I got a jacket made for Kay from her, she was so sweet because she created the jacket so fast so it would be here in time for the concert! When it got here, I ran upstairs and set up some of Kay’s outfit for the concert. I brought her upstairs and she was so amazed! The jacket fit perfectly and it got her even more excited for the concert! (I didn’t know that was possible) 😂 She tried it on and loved it, and decided that she was going to go listen to Nick Carters new song, and the Backstreet Boys albums to get ready for the concert! 😂🩵

The way she said “please and thank you” at the end! 🥹🩵 backstory ::: Ellie has her first favorite song! She asks for this song all the time! She calls it the “beep beep” song because of the horn on the bus. 😂 Kay made the mistake of showing Ellie that our screen in the living room can play the song by asking. And now Ellie asks us to play it all of the time! She loves doing the dances with us! The only problem with her favorite song is that she wants to hear it back to back. And once it ends. She says more in the sweetest way… and she will say please and thank you. And it’s so hard for us to say no! 😂😅

Idk whether this is good or bad news… but at least we are one step closer to figuring out what is wrong! 🥹😳 backstory ::: We have been on a journey with Kay trying to figure out what is wrong with her when she eats. Basically whenever she eats, she feels really sick. Her heart races and gets dizzy, cold (shivering), extremely tired, and headaches! We thought it was Kay’s lupus at first, but after talking with Kay’s doctor, she didn’t think it was Lupus related. She was sent to an endocrinologist, and was given a monitor to track her blood sugar, and has been wearing it for a month. We learned that whenever she eats, her blood sugar almost immediately drops super low! Her doctor says that she has reactive hypoglycemia and we are trying to figure out why! He thinks that it could be due to a tumor called an insulinoma. But we can’t look until bug is born. So in a few weeks when she has bug and recovers, we will go and get her checked for a tumor on her pancreas, to see if that is what is causing her symptoms! Wish her luck! And we will update on this journey when we get more news! 🥹

Last weekend was SO FUN! 🩵🤩

We got invited by @paramountpics to attend the @smurfsmovie! Ellie loved the Smurfs village that they set up for the premiere! They had food and music and bubbles, it was so fun! Kay got to bump bellies with Papa Smurf! 😂 They also put us up at the Beverly Hills Hotel which was Kay’s dream hotel! So everything about the trip was perfect! We loved watching Ellie walk her first red (blue) carpet. At the end of the day, we got to see the movie and it was so good! It’s out today! So if you have nothing to do this weekend, go see Smurfs! 🥹🩵

When she stepped into the light she was literally GLOWING! ✨😂 backstory ::: Kay wanted to show me her outfit idea for a meet and greet that we are doing on the 27th of July! She came out and her belly was glowing so much because of the dress! 😂 idk when it happened, but Kay’s belly popped in the last few days, and now she has a large round belly! 😅 Bug has been growing so much and is only 10 weeks or so away from being born which is crazy! I feel like this pregnancy has been so slow, and so quick at the same time! 😂 Kay looks so beautiful, and I think this dress is going to be perfect for the meet and greet that we are doing soon! I know she is so excited to meet you all in person!

Her face when she finally tried her craving! 😳🫣 backstory ::: Kay hasn’t been having as many cravings as last pregnancy, because she’s been going through some health issues! So when she shows up with a craving, I always make it immediately for her! 😂 She ran up with this weird cupcake idea, and it sounded so interesting, so I got the stuff together and started making it. I baked some corn bread and added all of the ingredients that she talked about, and once I had it made in a way that I thought she might like, I called her in to see it. She was blown away by how it turned out! Apparently it was better than she imagined. Then she tried it, and her face was so funny! 😂🤣 I can’t wait for the next craving, because she always comes up with the best ideas!

When she said “quack quacks down the street” 🥹 she’s getting so big!! 🩵 Backstory ::: Ellie has a secret language that, if you know, you can communicate with her. She has a certain way of saying many words, and even though they aren’t always right, she will consistently say the same thing! For example, a banana is a “bapaday” 🍌😂 she is so cute with how she speaks and tries to learn her words! I’m so excited for her to start to speak sentences! She is almost there and sometimes will say 5-7 words in a row, even if it isn’t always clear! 😂 She has such a beautiful way of saying words, and it’s almost like she sings them instead of speaks them! Maybe she’ll be a singer one day! 🥹😂

Ellie was such a brave baby on the red (blue) carpet! 🥹🩵 backstory ::: We were sent by Paramount to the Smurfs premiere, and it was Ellie’s first time walking the red carpet! We picked her out a pretty blue dress to match the Smurfs and let her sleep right up until it was time for us to walk it! 😂 She was so confused when she woke up, because when she fell asleep we were in the car, and when she woke up, we were in a Smurf village! 🤣 When she got up, we put her cute purse on and shortly after it was time to walk the carpet! Ellie happily strolled down and did amazing having her pictures taken! 🥹 She looked so pretty and it was so fun to see her get to walk a carpet for the first time! 🥹 Afterwards, we had some snacks and Ellie had a little dance party in the lobby before the movie! When the movie started, it was so cute, and Ellie was clapping along with all of the songs! 😂🩵 I can’t wait for her next red carpet! Ellie’s face when she saw the apples and bananas! 😂🥹 backstory ::: We are in LA for the Smurfs premiere and are SO excited!! We pulled up to Kay’s dream hotel and her eyes lit up! 😂 She’s always wanted to stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel, and was giddy to get inside! When we got in the room, Paramount had decked our room in Smurfs stuff! It was so fun seeing Kay, Kinsley, and Ellie’s eyes lighting up as they walked through the hotel! I can’t wait for the premiere, and to see little Ellie walk down the red carpet for the first time! 🥹🤩
