Today , 27 February, 2024 , our Prime Minister , Modi ji Awarded the First Indian Astronaut Wings to Indian Air Force Fighter Pilot ,Group Captain Prasanth Balakrishnan Nair . It is a historic moment of pride for our Country , our state of Kerala and Me personally .
In order to maintain the officially required confidentiality, I was waiting for this announcement to let you know that I got married to Prasanth on 17 January, 2024 in a traditional ceremony through an arranged marriage.

Collaborating with @lenaasmagazine for the cover of “The Autobiography of God” and its release by @penguinbooks was a truly profound and joyous experience that brought together our shared creative energies. Our past work on different photoshoots and projects provided a solid base for this unique chance. The moments we spent crafting images and the insightful conversations we engaged in during those sessions laid the foundation for a unique creative synergy. When Lenaa stepped into my studio, we instantly connected. There was a natural understanding that made it easy for us to jump into the creative process. It wasn’t just about taking a photo; it was about capturing the essence of a story about self-discovery and spirituality.

Papa's path 🚀

In the next two to three days, God willing, India will have Gp Capt Shubhanshu Shukla’s 🇮🇳 name etched in the Hall of Fame as the second Indian to go to space after Wg Cdr Rakesh Sharma; a full 41 years later.
Amidst all this, another story quietly unfolds is that of Group Captain Prasanth Balakrishnan Nair (in pic), fondly known as #PapaNair, who stands as the back-up crew member for the #Ax4 #Axiom mission alongside Hungary’s Gyula Cserényi.
Papa’s transformation since he began his training at the Yuri Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Moscow in 2019 has been nothing short of phenomenal.
The Papa of then & now could well be a case study in evolution, discipline and sheer willpower. One hopes that, someday soon, we shall see him fly to space on our own vehicle as part of #Gaganyaan, along with other Test Pilots selected for the mission.
For the uninitiated, Papa has commanded a Su30MKI squadron and has flown a stellar array of fighters including Jaguar, MiG21, MiG29 to name a few.
