“Supporting a revolutionary American designer in a show based on the American Revolution.” That’s how @avoyermagyan , stylist for @leslieodomjr, described the actor’s choice to wear head-to-toe @fearofgod at the Tony Awards Sunday night. Odom was part of arguably the most-memorable performance during the broadcast when the full original cast of “Hamilton” reunited for the 10th anniversary of the show. “Having a Broadway show that runs for 10 years is an extraordinary, and possibly, once in a lifetime event,” he said. “Good shows open every season. I don’t know how many of them expect to be in those same theaters a decade later. The chance to revisit this show and the role, in a whole new chapter of my life, was too good to pass up.” Odom, who played Aaron Burr in the Pulitzer Prize-winning, hit Broadway musical, will return for a limited engagement of the show from Sept. 9 through Nov. 23.
