Oma’s Kartoffelsalat😄 🥔 🥗

Wir haben heute einen richtigen Klassiker rausgehauen, wer liebt diesen Salat nicht?! Wie mögt ihr ihn am liebsten?😍

Wir haben ihn schön schwäbisch gemacht mit Schnittlauch😌

Zutaten:

2 Kg Kartoffeln festkochend
1 Gurke
6 El Olivenöl
10 El Apfel / Weissweinessig (haben Apfel genommen)
1 Zwiebel
150 ml Gemüsebrühe
1 El Honig
Prise Salz und Pfeffer
Schnittlauch

So einfach geht’s:

Zuerst die Kartoffeln 20-25 kochen. Die Kartoffeln abkühlen lassen, bis sie nur noch lauwarm sind. Im Anschluss pellen und in Scheiben schneiden. So groß wie ihr Lust habt👨🏻‍🍳

Nur geben wir alle Zutaten aus der Zutatenliste zu den Kartoffeln und vermengen alles schön miteinander ☺️

Schon seid ihr fertig, aber für die perfekte Konsistenz einige Stunden in den Kühlschrank stellen, am besten über Nacht 🥰
