I made the Forbes 30 under 30 list!!!! This one feels like such a huge moment for baby Tam. If only she knew that her first ‘failed’ @youtube channel, years of self-doubt and commitment to self development would lead her here…a @forbes worthy mention of the pain she turned into power for so many other women!! I am so incredibly honoured and grateful. Thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey!

My dream journal @selfobsessedjournal is finally here!
I created this journal based on my own guided journaling method, which I had been drafting in blank notebooks for years. I was dedicated to the process of becoming the best version of myself, and after researching the most effective methods for achieving rapid self-transformation, I combined everything into this journaling strategy.

I was never a fan of guided journals – they lacked writing space and, in my opinion, included meaningless sections and trackers that didn’t contribute to genuine self-improvement. I wanted to keep it simple and prioritise lots of writing space because that’s the whole point of journaling! It’s about becoming your own life coach, uncovering your deepest thoughts, and unlocking your subconscious mind to identify what you need to work on.

2 DAYS OF BOOK SIGNINGS! Can’t believe my baby is out in the world finally ready for women all over the world to read and learn everything they need to know about self-love.

Meeting so many of you for the first time was such a magical experience. It’s been years of filming alone in a room with a camera and never quite grasping who I was speaking to or fully what my impact was. These 2 days changed everything. Answering your questions, experiencing your positive energy and getting to chat with you all has inspired me so much! While so many of you gave me my flowers at these events (verbally and quite literally physically!!!) you have no idea what your presence did for me. I am so so grateful for the time you gave and the long trips so many of you made!!!

I hope the lessons in my book help you as much as they did me. I can’t wait to continue witnessing your growth and forever evolving into the best and most confident versions of ourselves, together. <3
